"Circle of Life" Breathwork
"Circle of Life" breathwork, sometimes called Rebirthing, is an amazing personal (or group experience) to let go of blocks that interfere with living a more joyful life. A safe and easy way to relax and RELEASE blocks that keep us from repeating negative cycles in our lives. There are several breathing techniques involved and I have been practicing this discipline for 15 years.

Personal Sessions - Fee $75
(Series of 5 sessions $65 each) Group sessions are also available. Many clients experience increased energy and healthier bodies right away, alleviating stress and unhealthy patterns (dis-ease). Some clients re-experience their birth trama and others just feel a new level of peace and calm.
